Section 20
<br> may be reproduced, broadcast and otherwise communicated for the purpose of informing the public
Notwithstanding anything written in clauses (a), (j) and (j) of section 7, without the permission of the author or copyright owner, the following works may be done by mentioning the source and name of the author:-
(a) Articles printed in any newspaper or newspaper, articles on political or religious topics or broadcasts of a similar nature shall not be printed in any newspaper or newspaper or broadcast to the general public or broadcast in any other manner, provided that the financial rights of the author or the copyright holder are not adversely affected.< br> (b) to reproduce, broadcast or otherwise communicate for the purpose of informing the public of any recent event or to confirm any event,
(c) To reproduce, broadcast or make other public communication any part of a newspaper or a regularly published periodical, whether presented to the general public or made in connection with court proceedings, for the purpose of conveying fresh information.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the author himself has specified that reproduction, transmission and other types of communication may not be carried out, in such case reproduction, transmission and other types of communication shall not be allowed.
